Aside from that literal meaning, it is also named after Mr. Richard, Rina Lim’s(Business Manager) father.
One of their signature dishes is the Braised Beef Kitting! The tenderness of the meat is so perfect! Paired up with radish together with its tasty sauce completes this special recipe.
And my personal fave is the Kinamatisang Kawali. It’s juicy pork cubes with the perfect salty taste would make you ask for extra (extra) rice. HAHAHA

Charred also offers their very own Pochero, a very well-known Filipino stew. It offers not just the meat but also the vegetable and soup, all in one! Perfect during cold and lonely nights. LOL 😛
Who could even say NO to this mouth-watering Crispy Pata?! YAY! The best pulutan when you just have to drink and chill. <3
